As the Senior Project Manager you will oversee projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet client expectations for style functionality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead restaurant and retail construction projects from planning to delivery.
- Team Coordination: Manage architects designers contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth .
- Budget & Schedule Control: Develop and oversee project budgets and timelines.
- Client Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience managing restaurant and retail construction projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of retail design trends and restaurant construction standards.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
