About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to lead the visual identity and design across digital and physical brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and artistic expertise contributing significantly to brand positioning in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Creative 80
- Design static and animated assets for digital platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok Pinterest email marketing and website (Shopify) banners.
- Create highconverting ad creatives for Meta Google TikTok and Snapchat.
- Develop instore branding materials such as posters displays and packaging (bags boxes cards).
- Lead seasonal campaign design for both retail and digital channels.
- Maintain and update brand templates ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing product and social media teams.
Strategic Brand Development 20
- Work alongside senior leadership to evolve brand identity and visual language for international markets.
- Contribute to campaign ideation for markets including the US UK Canada and Australia.
- Conduct visual research and develop storytelling themes for product launches and seasonal drops.
- Provide creative direction for influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Stay updated with global design and fashion trends to position the brand competitively.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.
- 58 years of professional experience in a senior design role within a creative or fashiondriven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro After Effects).
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Designing for social media and performance marketing
- UI/UX for web and mobile platforms
- Executing integrated creative campaigns
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong visual storytelling capability.
- Must share an updated portfolio link (e.g. Behance or personal website) with the application.
- Willingness to complete a design task as part of the evaluation process.
