Azienda leader nel settore delle telecomunicazioni ricerca una figura da inserire in organico come Addetto/a consulenza clienti.
Mansioni da svolgere:
- gestire i rapporti con i clienti
- gestire gli appuntamenti prefissati
- problem solving
- apertura e gestione ticket assistenza
Requisiti necessari:
- diploma
- dimestichezza con Microsoft Office.
Apprezzata precedente esperienza anche minima nella gestione dellinterfaccia con i clienti.
Si offre:
- contratto iniziale a tempo determinato finalizzato allindeterminato
- stipendio euro 1400
- benefit aziendali.
