Job Description: Senior AWS Developer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AWS Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software development and handson expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will be responsible for designing implementing and managing cloud solutions on the AWS platform while ensuring that our infrastructure remains secure scalable and costeffective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy scalable and secure cloudbased applications using AWS services.
- Lead cloud architecture discussions ensuring best practices are followed for scalability reliability and security.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Optimize cloud solutions for cost efficiency performance and availability.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring.
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AWS services.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers sharing knowledge on AWS best practices.
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments implementing necessary safeguards against potential vulnerabilities.
- Stay uptodate with AWS product offerings and continuously improve cloud architectures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AWS cloud services.
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda RDS DynamoDB ECS SQS SNS CloudWatch and IAM.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python Java or .
- Handson experience with containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or AWS CodePipeline.
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices including encryption IAM and VPC design.
- Experience with monitoring logging and alerting using AWS CloudWatch CloudTrail or other thirdparty tools.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- AWS Certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.
- Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies.
