Job Description
Responsibilities:
- This role is designed for a specialist who is passionate about regulatory affairs compliance and the energy sector.
- As a Consulting Regulatory Specialist you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements guidelines and procedures.
- You will be the key liaison between our organization and regulatory bodies ensuring all activities are compliant with industry standards.
- Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations that may affect the companys operations and implement necessary changes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to the team on all regulatory matters ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement compliance strategies.
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies addressing any inquiries or issues they may have.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure all company procedures and activities are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on regulatory changes and compliance
- Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry/ Biology/ Pharmacy.
- 4 years pharmaceutical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience in developing and delivering regulatory training to staff.
