Job Description

Respiratory Therapist (Night Shift)
Tuba City AZ 86045

13 weeks travel Contract

Pay Rate $55/hr on W2 (Taxable) and $20/hr (Non Taxable)

Shift Duration: 12 hours Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Total work hours: 36 48 hours. Days of the Week: Schedule is variable and not fixed.
Therapists will be required to work as needed based on operational demands.

Job Details

The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) or respiratory therapist is an individual trained in the technical aspects of respiratory care and will exhibit those skills and deliver modalities of respiratory therapy emergent and intensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures. Work hours are 24 hour coverage rotational day or night shifts weekends holidays and occasional overtime. Facility currently has a low COVID census.

REQUIRED:
  • Must have an Associates degree in respiratory care or have equivalent education (certificate of completion in respiratory care)
  • Must have two 2 years of experience in respiratory care at a general/acute hospital.
  • Must have and maintain a current valid BLS ACLS PALS and NRP Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Must have and maintain a current valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license from any state of the United States of America The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a territory of the United States.
  • Must have and maintain a current valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
