Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a wellestablished luxury lodge group based in the Western Cape. This is a key leadership role suited to a financial professional with a proven track record in managing largescale revenue operations and a passion for driving business improvement within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all revenue streams including lodges and day trip operations
  

• Drive financial planning forecasting and strategic decisionmaking
  

• Analyse revenue performance and implement systems for optimization
  

• Take full ownership of financial reporting and compliance
  

• Collaborate with executive leadership to support longterm business growth
  

• Lead the finance department with a handson and systemsdriven approach
  

• Integrate financial strategies for new properties within the group
  

• Ensure strong internal controls and budget discipline across the organization
  

Requirements:

• Proven success in managing mass revenue within the 3star to 4star hospitality space
  

• Strong financial leadership background with a minimum of several years in a senior finance role
  

• Systemsdriven mindset and experience implementing financial systems and processes
  

• Exceptional track record of improving business performance and streamlining operations
  

• Team player with a collaborative approach to leadership
  

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions
  

• Ability to adapt to a growing and evolving business environment
