Resourcery is a professional service provider based in Cape Town providing a wide range of services to clients all around the world including finance marketing analytics operations legal and others.
For this particular role our client is redefining the food and beverage industry by incubating scaling and distributing chefdriven premium food concepts. The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.
As a Senior Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of each brand ensuring that every touchpoint from menus and signage to digital assets and marketing materials reflects the high quality creativity and distinctiveness of our concepts.
You will be responsible for executing and evolving brand identities across multiple food concepts ensuring consistency while bringing each brand to life in a way that resonates with customers. In most cases you ll be working within existing brand guidelines you will design key assets across print and digital collaborating closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver highimpact highquality design work that enhances both brand presence and customer experience.
This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment enjoys working across multiple brands and has a passion for hospitality design and bringing brands to life in both physical and digital spaces.
What You ll Achieve in the First 12 Months
Design and produce key brand assets across the client s portfolio: Develop menus signage vouchers packaging promotional materials and digital assets ensuring brand consistency while tailoring assets to the unique identity of each concept.
Ensure strong brand across all consumer touchpoints: Take existing brand guidelines and apply them effectively across different formats and materials ensuring each brand is visually distinct high quality and engaging.
Oversee the production of printed and digital materials: Work with printers suppliers and production partners to ensure all physical assets (signage menus packaging branded merchandise) are high quality and executed flawlessly.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns with compelling visuals: Design marketing materials event assets and digital content to support the client s campaigns social media and customerfacing promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams: Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing Manager and ontheground teams to ensure all design work is aligned with brand strategies operational needs and an engaging customer experience.
Maintain and refine brand guidelines: Ensure all assets adhere to brand standards while allowing for creative evolution and adaptation where needed. Keep brand guidelines up to date as brands grow and evolve.
Develop and manage a scalable asset library: Organise and maintain a structured library of design assets ensuring the team has easy access to templates and key brand materials.
Contribute to new brand development: Support the creation of visual identities for new concepts working alongside external agencies or freelancers where needed to refine and implement new brand assets.
Key Requirements
Experience & Skills:
minimum 710 years experience as a Graphic Designer ideally within hospitality F&B retail or lifestyle brands
a strong portfolio showcasing branding menu design signage packaging and marketing materials
experience designing for print and digital with knowledge of production processes for signage menus and other physical materials
ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines while bringing a fresh creative perspective to every project
comfortable working in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects and brands simultaneously
prior experience in or a strong affinity for Hospitality and Food & Beverage is a plus.

Technical Requirements:
proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
knowledge of print production file setup and working with external suppliers
familiarity with website design tools social media templates and motion graphics is a big plus!
