Guest Relations & Front Office Luxury Lodge Greater Kruger
Are you an upandcoming hospitality professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a luxury safari lodge Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a passionate and servicedriven individual to join the team at a small and intimate bush camp in the Greater Kruger. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an incredible wildlife setting providing guests with a personalized and immersive safari experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure
Reservations & Administration: Handle emails invoices quotations and payments
Meet & Greet: Welcome guests manage checkins and checkouts and provide ongoing assistance during their stay
Front Office Duties: Maintain efficient guest communication scheduling and reception operations
Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest preferences are accurately noted and catered to
Social Media & Marketing: Assist with online engagement and guest communication
Minimum Requirements:
Matric and formal hospitality qualification
Minimum 6 months experience in a lodge or hotel environment
Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial)
Valid drivers license
Strong administrative and computer skills
Proficiency in MS Office Google Drive spreadsheets email and social media
