Job Description:
Vellon Group Inc. is actively hiring Unarmed Security Guards to join our expanding team in burg VA. This is an immediatehire opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow within the private security industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to observe and report ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients and the public through active site monitoring and professional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned premises.
Identify and report suspicious behavior safety hazards or security breaches.
Maintain detailed and timely incident reports.
Follow clientspecific post orders and company protocols.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
Requirements:
Valid Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer License or be willing to go to the process to receive one.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
Ability to work on your feet and in various weather conditions.
Must be able to complete a criminal background check successfully.
Schedule:
Days: Monday through Sunday
Hours: 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM 17:30 to 22:30
Flexible scheduling available.
