What You ll Be Doing

Be part of our client s team as a Contracts Spend Analyst and turn healthcare sourcing data into smarter faster and more strategic decisions. You ll analyze contracts and spending to find efficiencies identify savings and help improve vendor negotiations and compliance.

Shift: Monday Friday 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
Work Setup: Onsite Ortigas (Potential shift to WFH or hybrid setup)

Your DaytoDay Impact

Contract & Spend Analysis

  • Analyze supply chain spend data against active contracts to measure compliance utilization and leakage
  • Identify underutilized contracts expired agreements still in use and supplier consolidation opportunities
  • Perform SKUlevel variance analysis between contract pricing and actual purchase trends

Savings Opportunity Identification

  • Develop reports that show realized savings missed value opportunities and benchmarked pricing using tools like Vizient ECRI and internal dashboards
  • Support strategic sourcing projects by quantifying potential and actual savings during pre and postcontract phases

Vendor & Category Performance Reporting

  • Create vendor scorecards and categorylevel dashboards showing contract coverage market share pricing accuracy and rebate performance
  • Track tier commitments and compliance agreements

Data Quality & Contract Matching

  • Collaborate with Master Data and Contracts teams to ensure accurate alignment across item master pricing tiers and vendor contracts
  • Identify discrepancies in SKU mapping unit of measure conversions and contract references

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Contract Coordinators Category Managers and the Business Intelligence team to produce consolidated reports and strategic insights
  • Assist with data preparation and validation for executive reviews and sourcing initiatives

Tools Templates & SOP Development

  • Maintain standard spend analysis templates and trackers in SharePoint
  • Improve analytics workflows and identify automation opportunities using Power BI or Excel

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Supply Chain Economics or a related field
  • 3 5 years of experience in spend analysis procurement analytics or supply chain finance preferably in healthcare or regulated industries

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables Power Query formulas and data validation)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Workday) and GPO platforms (e.g. Vizient)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Strong ability to manage large datasets perform data transformation and generate reports

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and strong accuracy in analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing and stakeholder presentations
  • Ability to work independently and within crossfunctional time zonediverse teams
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to solving issues and identifying opportunities
