Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Creative Hair Stylist Director for a luxury spa based in Saudi Arabia. This highlevel role is perfect for a visionary hairstylist with a passion for leadership innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire salon team ensuring seamless daily operations
Set the creative direction and uphold worldclass styling standards
Deliver expertlevel hair services and stay ahead of international trends
Train mentor and inspire hairstylists to achieve consistent excellence
Develop innovative service offerings and client experiences
Oversee inventory salon presentation and professional development initiatives
Ensure client satisfaction loyalty and an exceptional salon reputation
Drive revenue growth and contribute to profitability through quality service and team management
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior or directorlevel role within a luxury salon or spa
Advanced technical expertise in styling color treatments and hair care
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a highperforming team
Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute signature looks and trends
Excellent clientfacing and communication skills
Business acumen and understanding of salon operations and profitability
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
