Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Spa Therapist to join the team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate is experienced professional and passionate about wellness dedicated to delivering a worldclass spa experience to all guests.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily operations of the full spa portfolio
Deliver a range of spa services including massages facials waxing microneedling and body treatments
Acknowledge and respond to guest inquiries needs and expectations
Recommend and promote retail products and additional treatments
Maintain indepth knowledge of all spa therapies and product offerings
Ensure treatment rooms and spa equipment are clean stocked and wellmaintained
Present retail and spa areas in a clean organized and visually appealing manner
Deliver treatments to the highest standard in line with the estate s quality expectations
Ensure every guest has a memorable and rejuvenating experience
Main Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in aesthetics (e.g. Master Diploma in Aesthetician ITEC CIDESCO or SAAHSP)
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Spa Therapist
Skilled in a variety of massage techniques manicures pedicures waxing facials and holistic therapies
Passionate about healing and wellness
Fluent in English
Basic computer literacy
Wellgroomed and professional appearance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
