Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Designer & Architect to lead the financial planning function within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Acting as the linking pin between Financial Planners and IT Engineers you will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable highquality SAC solutions. You will play a critical role in designing shaping and continuously improving SAC planning models and processes that empower datadriven financial decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the bridge between Finance (FP&A teams) and IT teams ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Act as the business architect for financial planning in SAC leading the design configuration and maintenance of planning models.
Gather analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Define and enforce SAC solution standards best practices and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement optimization and automation within planning processes.
Ensure the quality performance and usability of SAC planning tools through rigorous testing and feedback cycles.
Conduct training sessions and documentation for endusers promoting user adoption and proficiency.
Actively contribute to the longterm roadmap for financial planning tools and digital finance transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) business design or digital finance transformation.
Proven experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) particularly in planning and forecasting modules.
Strong understanding of financial planning cycles KPIs and corporate performance management.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in SAC Planning Data Modeling and Story Building.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA BW/4HANA and integration with SAC.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies and business process design.
Behavioral Competencies:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work crossfunctionally with Finance and IT teams.
Qualityfocused with strong attention to detail.
Proactive adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SAC certification is a plus.
Experience in change management or digital transformation programs.
Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning features in SAC.
