Job Description
- Provide social care and support to children and families
- Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Implement and monitor child protection plans
- Safeguard children and ensure their wellbeing
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field
- Social Work England registration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social care with a focus on childrens services
- Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- Previous experience as a Senior Social Worker is desirable
