Experience with more than 1 year 3.25 LPA 19000/month) 3.5 LPA 22000/month)
We are hiring skilled professionals for International customer Support roles with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must be flexible to work from the office in Hyderabad across 24/7 rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email channels for international clients
Deliver accurate efficient and timely responses to customer issues
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality productivity and schedule adherence
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate(Current pursuing candidates are NOT eligible)
Communication Skills:
Verbal: B2 61 (SVAR)
Written: B2 60 (WriteX)
Typing Speed: 28 WPM with 95 accuracy
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in International Voice & Chat Support
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be flexible to work in officebased roles at Hyderabad locations
Shift & Work Details:
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational
Work Days: 5 Days a Week
