Responsibilities:
Lead Digital Experience Designer 6 10 yrs)
The role involves leading UX strategy conducting usability evaluations and delivering impactful stakeholder presentations. The candidate should be proficient in design systems UI design and interactive prototyping using Adobe XD and Figma. Collaboration with crossfunctional teams to enhance digital user experiences is a key aspect of this role.
Senior Digital Experience Designer 3 6 yrs)
This position supports UX audits stakeholder demos and the creation of usercentric designs. Proficiency in using Adobe XD and Figma for prototyping and design system implementation is required. The candidate will work collaboratively to improve product usability and consistency.

- Proficient in conducting usability evaluations and UX audits to enhance usercentered design
- Experience in delivering stakeholder demos and presentations to convey design intent
- Handson expertise in design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms
- Skilled in UI design and prototyping to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and other designers
- Understanding of digital design principles and endtoend user experience workflows
- Familiarity with agile environments and the ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions
