Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews for various departments (production administration technical etc..
Prepare and maintain a database of candidates for current and future job openings.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Relations
Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns resolving conflicts and ensuring effective communication between management and staff.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and assist in implementing improvements based on feedback.
Ensure smooth and effective employee grievance resolution processes.
Training & Development
Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at improving employee skills and job performance.
Coordinate technical and softskill training programs for production administrative and managerial staff.
Maintain training records and monitor employee progress.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assist with payroll processing ensuring accurate calculation of wages bonuses and deductions in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage employee benefits programs (insurance retirement plans etc. and ensure timely enrollment and updates.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g. wage laws health and safety standards workers compensation).
Maintain HR records and documentation related to employee performance payroll leave and attendance.
Assist in audits related to labor laws and HR compliance.
Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance review processes including setting up evaluation templates and schedules.
Support the identification and tracking of employee performance and development needs.
Health & Safety
Work with the safety team to ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety standards.
Assist in organizing and promoting health & safety initiatives for employees in the manufacturing environment.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in HR roles preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
Knowledge of labor laws HR practices and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g. HRIS payroll systems).
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
Education
