Job Description
Permanent position with competitive compensation package (base is 130150K) excellent benefits and target bonus.
This is hybrid commute position with up to 2/3 days per week in the office.
Data Privacy Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the EDMO and security team to implement and monitor data security measures.
- Identify and mitigate information risks related to data handling and storage in the context of data privacy and protection.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations governing information including data privacy and AI compliance requirements.
- Work with stakeholders (IT Compliance etc. to ensure the organizations compliance with data protection privacy and AI laws through monitoring of regulatory requirements implementation of best practices technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their information needs and challenges.
- Facilitate crossfunctional communication to promote a unified approach to information management.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance data privacy and protection capabilities.
- Generate and analyze reports to measure effectiveness of information management initiatives.
- Work closely with the AI team in the AI Forum to provide data privacy and protection subject matter expertise.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in technology related field information management computer science etc.
- IAPP certification
- Proven experience in data privacy information management data governance AI and security.
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management and organization skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- JD or legal degree equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in information management data privacy and AI.
