Purpose of the Role:
The Creative Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering services that align with clients business objectives creating value and competitive advantage wherever possible. With a strong emphasis on both operational and client liaison a deep understanding of presentations and administration is essential.
The Creative Team Leader will oversee the daily management of Presentation and Administrative Services ensuring the efficient delivery of highquality work. You will be responsible for maintaining brand guidelines conducting quality control and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. In this role you will foster strong client relationships and take charge of managing larger projects ensuring smooth and effective coordination within the team.
