Collaborating with the AVP AI Adoption the Generative AI Project Director will partner with leaders and teams to explore reimagining work set GenAI adoption goals conduct comprehensive assessments devise action plans and facilitate the integration of GenAI into daily operations driving change from incremental efficiencies to transformative impact.
How will you contribute:
Collaborate with the Global and segment Communications teams to plan and implement communications that build awareness and support among colleagues. Additionally work with the Talent Development team to create learning and upskilling programs for colleagues worldwide.
Furthermore engage with the Advanced Analytics team channeling their expertise in analytics solutions and support AI Ambassadors and Champions across the organization in implementing their AI activation plans. To be successful in the role the candidate must be an excellent driver to get results possess experience in management consulting business optimization transformation and enablement.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment and Opportunity Identification:
Collaborate with leaders to identify challenges and opportunities for transformation ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Facilitate visioning sessions with leadership to align on strategic objectives and collaborate with business leaders to define critical metrics enhanced by AI.
Workflow Assessment and Innovative Solution Development:
Conduct indepth evaluations to identify inefficiencies and areas for AI value addition.
Inspire new ways of working by facilitating and cocreating innovative solutions with business teams.
Creative Workshops and Partner Engagement:
Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creative thinking and generate ideas for AI solutions.
Engage with team members to reimagine processes uncover opportunities and lead activation through workshops.
Strategic Implementation and Support:
Provide guidance in implementing AI solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Build support for AI adoption ensuring a smooth transition and coaching colleagues and teams.
Readiness Assessment and Roadmap Development:
Conduct assessments to determine readiness for AI integration and develop comprehensive activation plans across roles and functions.
Develop and lead multifunctional squads for projects.
DataDriven Monitoring and Impact Evaluation:
Use datadriven approaches to monitor progress and measure AI adoption making necessary adjustments.
Produce Impact Reports evaluating the impact of AI solutions.
Knowledge Sharing and Trend Monitoring:
Foster a collaborative environment and nurture and grow supporters and networks.
Stay updated on AI trends.
Drive the evolution of the AI prompt library.
Friction Point Resolution and Role Adaptation:
Identify and resolve friction points to ensure a seamless transition to AIenabled processes.
Adapt responsibilities as the AI program evolves and act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor.
Deliverable Creation:
Produce GenAI Opportunity Assessments Visionary Solutions Presentations and Transformation Roadmaps.
Develop a reusable framework and templates to scale the approach.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 7 to 10 years of leadership experience translating ideas into initiatives and actionable plans.particularly in guiding crossfunctional teams. Experience in analytics or AI transformation is preferred.
5 years leading large complex crossfunctional projects.
Excellent strong work ethic and proactive approach.
Experience in developing strategies roadmaps and operating models focused on technology transformation or AI solutions.
Facilitating exploratory and cocreation sessions to foster the adoption of analytics AI or emerging technologies with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework or certification in Artificial Intelligence.
Change Management.
Six Sigma or similar certification.
Humancentered Design/Design Thinking/
Agile methodologies.

Salary range is expected to be between
$105750.00 CAD $190350.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
