Job Description
WE ARE NFC Amenity Management the nations largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties with a growing portfolio representing 350 of the top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S
As a Residential Amenity Attendant you will be responsible for overseeing the amenity premises to provide exceptional service and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in visitors.
- Greet residents and guests.
- Enforce amenity rules and regulations.
- Provide assistance to residents and guests in a courteous manner.
- Ensure all amenity spaces are consistently managed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety procedures.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to remain professional and courteous with the public at all times.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check.
