About the Role: Lead Data Driven Decision Making Data Analyst

The Team: The Data Driven Decision Making team is a part of the Product Enablement and Assurance function within Digital Technology Solutions (DTS). We provide actionable insights that allows IT managers and leaders to optimize Infrastructure performance enhance operational efficiency and make strategic choices that align with longterm business goals. Leveraging data not only reduces costs but also provides a competitive edge. The Reporting Analyst will support the team with specialized reporting; and develop new repositories dashboards and reports to support DTS decision making.

Responsibilities and Impact: Analyst will be responsible for enabling businesses to maximize the value of their data assetsthrough visualization and reporting tools. Analyst is expected to identify and connect different infrastructure related datasets and provide actionable and decisionmaking insights. The Analyst will also be required to provide recommendations on data collection processes including data curation and usability. The incumbent will be a member of the Data Driven Decision Making Team and will be responsible for following:

  • Partnering with colleagues across Digital Solutions Business Divisions and Corporate Functions to understand business problems; and design repositories dashboards and reports to help drive decision making.
  • Creating repositories Dashboards and reports
  • IT Data analysis and exploration
  • IT Data cleaning and preparation
  • Creating data visualizations
  • Writing technical documentation and end user communications.
  • Database searches and data sets assembling
  • Create data workflow processes
  • Apply statistical techniques to produce meaningful tables and graphs using appropriate software.
  • Perform routine and general data management
  • Prepare tables and figures from data analysis.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in business technology or engineering.
  • Strong verbal written and presentation skills (in English)
  • A minimum of 10 years work experience in Infrastructure Technology; ideally including Data Analysis within an enterprise platform such as ServiceNow.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience developing repositories dashboards & reports using Power BI/Power Automate/Tableau.
  • Ability to write basic SQL statements.
  • Experience working with extremely large data sets; analyzing data and producing effective reports and dashboards.
  • Experience partnering with diverse groups of stakeholders on complex assignments.
  • Experience with problem definition researching data sources evaluating data quality and structuring solutions to solve unstructured problems.
  • Demonstrated competence in using PivotTables and Pivot Charts for data summarization and visualization.
  • Strong Business Analysis Data Analysis Requirements documentation skills and experience
  • To manage the deployment of analytics solutions into production and maintain them.
  • Ability to follow structured development processes including SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Experience with software testing & data validation

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of business operations at a large global financial or technology organization.
  • Masters degree in business technology or engineering
  • Good knowledge of IT Asset Management and Infrastructure Data
  • Good Knowledge of Power Automate MS SQL Server and MS SQL
