Roles and responsibilities:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior/HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing endtoend recruitment processes building a talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires someone with a passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards LinkedIn social media and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews feedback and followups.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Promote Skyquest Technology as an employer of choice through positive candidate engagement.
- Assist with other HRrelated tasks including employee onboarding documentation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques including sourcing screening and interviewing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Naukri free job boards and other sourcing platforms to attract candidates.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- A proactive resultsdriven approach with strong problemsolving skills.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
