Anderson Auto is looking for a deal processorto join our team. The deal processoris responsible for processing all car deals. This role also serves as an auditor ensuring that all deals include the mandatory documents down payments and tiltle is an important job that directly contributes to the success of business operations.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • Basic knowledge of computers printers monitors etc.

Description

Summary/Objective

The deal processor is responsible for the processing of all car deals. This role also serves as an auditor ensuring that all deals include mandatory documents down payments and title accuracy. This important job helps to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with the dealership and that deals are properly accounted for.

Essential Functions

  • Process car deals and all bank paperwork.
  • Balance debits and credits for calculations on deals.
  • Audit deals for accuracy and ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly.
  • Communicate efficiently and respectfully with customers/fellow employees/vendors.
  • Verify schedules to ensure all transactions are submitted and processed in a timely manner.
  • Work with Finance Department to obtain or correct all required documents.
  • Verify information on bank documents.
  • Reconcile accounts and schedules as directed.
  • Must maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Complete job duties within a tight time schedule.
  • Payoff preowned trade vehicles when a lien holder is present.
  • Update trade information in DMS when a trade title is provided.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  • Additional general office tasks as assigned.
  • Shows when scheduled to work on time ready and able to perform essential job functions.
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and practices.

Required Education and Experience

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Note: Schedules are subject to change. Twoweeks notice of a schedule change will be provided whenever possible.

No travel is expected for this position.
