We are seeking a creative customerobsessed and resultsdriven Senior National Account Manager to oversee our Home Depot and Lowes accounts.
In this role you will work cross functionally with Retailer contacts and business leaders across the companyGTM Channel Sales Ops Supply Chain Finance and Legalto strengthen Blinks strategic position in the Offline (retail) channel and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a combination of sales marketing analytics and working with Mass Retailers. In this role youll be wearing many hats so youll need to be able to juggle multiple projects and work quickly.
Key job responsibilities Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets across key retailer accounts through strategic planning and Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies to maximize brand presence and sales performance in key retailers Lead product bundling initiatives including strategy development sales forecasting and launch Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners while identifying opportunities for SKU expansion and category growth Spearhead strategic business planning with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive profitable growth Analyze market trends and sales data to create compelling business cases for product line expansion Establish and optimize bestinclass account management practices implementing datadriven approaches to improve retail performance metrics Design and execute scalable frameworks that enhance retailer KPIs and strengthen partner relationships Provide proactive communication and strategic guidance to leadership team regarding business opportunities challenges and milestone achievements
Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software Bachelors degree or equivalent
5 years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed largescale technology deal 3 years of experience in a combination of sales in CE/ Retail General knowledge of and direct experience selling to major national Retailers Masters Degree or equivalent work experience Accomplished range of skill from highlevel strategic thinking to detailed program management Analytical datadriven approach to problem solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement
