Were looking for an experienced and strategic Account Director to join our inhouse creative agency supporting one of the largest healthcare brands in the country. This is a unique opportunity to shape work that spans all channelsdigital video content and moreand help bring clarity creativity and impact to complex healthcare B2C and B2B stories.
Youll lead integrated workstreams partner closely with marketers and creative leads and act as the strategic voice that keeps both the business and the audience at the center of everything we do. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who can guide creative teams think across platforms and bring energy and curiosity to every challenge.
The Account Director will report into the Executive Director Account and Delivery Management. This role will manage an individual on the team.
Position will be hybrid 3 days (Tuesday Thursday) in one of our hubs (Wellesley MA; Boston MA; Woonsocket RI; Hartford CT; NYC Soho office)

What Youll Do:
Serve as a strategic lead and primary point of contact for key business partners
Translate complex healthcare B2C and B2B creative briefs into clear compelling creative and executional strategies
Lead the development of projects across digital video content print and more
Provide strategic and creative feedback across all formats ensuring clarity relevance and consistency
Work crossfunctionally with delivery managers producers and marketing partners to keep work moving smoothly and on schedule
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide smart proactive counsel
Manage one direct report providing leadership coaching and support for their growth
Contribute to process improvements knowledge sharing and team development
Required Responsibilities:
8 years of experience in account management preferably in both agency and inhouse environments. Experience with content strategy and content creation especially within complex or regulated industries.
Preferred Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of healthcare and/or B2B marketing
Proven ability to lead strategic integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Experience guiding creative teams and reviewing work with a strong point of view
Ability to quickly grasp complex products services and audiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skillsyou can keep stakeholders aligned while advocating for smart creative solutions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
A growth mindset and a passion for learning solving and delivering great work
Education
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or related field OR equivalent 4 years experience and High School Diploma/GED) required
MBA or relevant Masters degree preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100000.00 $231540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
