About your role:

We are expanding our team and would love to welcome an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist eager to make a difference and contribute to best practice. Youll bring expertise maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services 
  • Assess participants emotional psychological cognitive developmental and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidencebased therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
