The following position is to join RTX Technology Research Center:
TheHR Partner RTX Technology Research Center (RTRC)will be responsible for the of HR processes and activities to support designated customer role will collaborate with the business as an advisor and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness change and talent management organizational learning and development performance management and total role partners with HR Leaders Business Partners and COEs providing support such as workforce planning succession planning employee engagement employee relations and talent development. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance.
What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders providing guidance on HR policies processes and best practices
- Lead and execute HR projects that align with business goals ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on talent management performance improvement employee relations and leadership development
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement retention and career development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and optimize workforce planning
- Support/train leaders on employee transactions such as job changes terminations and supervisor moves
- On a monthly quarterly and adhoc basis utilize Workday reports and Qlik to update a variety of data dashboards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations statutes and the RTX Code of Ethics and company policies proactively mitigating risks
- Build a network of key partners across the function in areas such as Total Rewards Talent Workforce Intelligence & Employee & Labor Relations
- Support organizational change initiatives fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.
- Deliver peoplefocused innovative and connected solutions built to optimize the RTX employee experience work grow belong.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR such as HR Business Partner HR Management or related roles supporting a large corporation.

- Coaching skills to support leadership and employee development.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint PowerBI Asana and Workday for reporting and data analysis.
Location
- Hybrid; this role requires onsite work for 3 days per week at the East Hartford CT site.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
