Job Purpose:
The Change Partner is a central role in the Business Change and Capability Team taking a peoplefirst approach to leading on planning development and delivery of change initiatives. Working in partnership with project and business teams you will collaboratively define what success will look and feel like then follow through with plans and activities to make it a reality.
By developing an indepth understanding of what is important to your internal customers and considering this within the wider organisational context you will develop and deliver associated engagement activities and advise on appropriate content channels and support. A key part of this role will be developing collaborative open and trusted relationships and bringing people together to facilitate purposeful events and discussions in pursuit of successful outcomes.
Youll ensure alignment of communications and engagement activities with programme and organisational vision goals and objectives communicating the rationale for and the positive impact of changes to staff and other key stakeholders.
As a trusted advisor your role will be to work in partnership with the business and the Business Capability & Change team to ensure that the change roadmap is cocreated with colleagues ensuring a collaborative and supportive approach to change in Innovate UK.
This role will champion track and report on the appetite for change across the organisation and strategies for successful engagement and adoption of change. A key part of this role will be to ensure that effective change management communications and engagement is embedded throughout the Business Change and Capability lifecycle.
You will take a lead role on the team baselining measuring and tracking change readiness and adoption of change initiatives advising the Business Change and Capability delivery teams and senior management in Innovate UK of actions implications and plans to drive adoption and engagement of proposed changes.
This role will join the Business Change and Capability team and report to a Senior Change Partner.
