As a Delivering Deal Value Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Integration strategy and
Deal transaction
Due diligence standalone costs carve out
Synergy review and planning including cost optimization/ business transformation
Carve out and separation
As part of the transaction process the DDV team develops a rapid understanding of the target/client business in order to quickly assimilate the key operational issues synergies risks and upsides around a transaction.
Experiences and skills youll use to solve:
Experience in providing strategic advice and support to senior management demonstrating extensive knowledge of Mergers Acquisitions and Divestitures including predeal due diligence integration planning separation planning synergy and cost savings analysis and/or postclose transformation
Experience running large programs e.g. global multifunctional) with the ability to manage multiple senior level stakeholders across functions toward delivering against the deal objectives
Knowledge of the following functional areas: Information Technology Human Resources Finance Operations/Supply Chain and/or Sales and Marketing
Extensive ability to manage and develop strategic client relationships while providing the highest quality client work across multiple client projects
Functioning as a trusted advisor at the highest levels of client organizations based on competency (integrations/separations)
Managing quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data
Leading business development and pursuit activities internally with client pursuit teams and externally with client facing meetings and proposal discussions
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences developing and coaching diverse teams and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
The ability and willingness to travel within Canada and internationally
