About your new employer:

About the role:
- Reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts and related legal documentation.
- Delivering strategic legal advice on contractual matters and potential disputes.
- Providing project consulting including guidance on claims and dispute resolution processes (litigation/arbitration handled by other team members).
- 23 in office or fully remote for suitable candidates living interstate.
The ideal candidate:
- Prior construction law experience required.
- Minimum 5 PQE required
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
