You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a stateoftheart physical therapy clinic with talented and experienced physical therapists! Learn more about Boston University Physical Therapy Center here: In this role your time will be split between customer service and medical records. Youll interact with patients as first point of contact for patients in our busy clinic. Youll greet patients answer phones schedule appointments and collect payments. When youre not helping patients youll be responsible for working with insurance companies and doctors offices to obtain referrals authorizations and patient benefits. You will also assist in other duties such as claims and billing. Finally youll assist in training and supervision of students employees. This role is integral to our team as youre responsible for our superior customer service and medical billing.
Two years of college or equivalent required. Bachelors degree and experience in medical office preferred.
