Responsibilities:
The Senior Managers Performance Metrics & Business Analytics will lead analytics forecasting and reporting across all Market Access channels for our drug product(s). Responsibilities include:
- Lead analytics forecasting and reporting across all Market Access channels for our pharmaceutical brand(s).
- Prepare and deliver key financial and business analyses and reports pertaining to all segments of government and commercial managed care contracts.
- Make recommendations based on knowledge of the drug class channels payer behavior and GtN analytics.
- Partner with external consultants and an internal network of Business Excellence TA and MA&CS Marketing Global MA&CS and Finance in arriving at the best in class business case modeling for both new and amended business.
- Track and provide key performance indicators monitor contract performance along with the Access Influencer team leading to the achievement of customer objectives (e.g. access measures market share measures GtN).
- Provide timely and accurate input of key business metrics and forecasts into MPower contract performance dashboards.
- Prepare and provide timely reserve analyses to the Finance department and provide periodic technical insight into Market Access data capture and reporting for Business Excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications:
The Employer requires a Bachelors degree in a business or health related field and seven 7 years of progressively more responsible work experience conducting advanced analytics including modeling forecasting and scenario analyses.
OR in the Alternative
Masters degree in a business or health related field and five 5 years of progressively more responsible work experience conducting advanced analytics including modeling forecasting and scenario analyses.
The successful candidate must also have:
- Deep understanding of key commercial functions in biopharma including market access pricing commercial operations marketing and digital gained through at least three 3 years of work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge analyzing and interpreting across various pharmaceutical data sets including IQVIA gained through two 2 years of work experience.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams including Analytics Market Research Finance Market Access and Marketing to align input and drive strategic decisions gained through two 2 years of work experience.
- Demonstrated experience presenting business and financial insights to senior executives gained through two 2 years of work experience.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with biopharma companies and their external stakeholders (e.g. Providers PBM or Managed Care Organizations etc. gained through three 3 years of work experience.
- Demonstrated advanced analytical capabilities with Tableau and Excel gained through two 2 years of work experience.
All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
