Job Description
I am recruiting for a CT Plaintiffs Personal Injury law firm who seeks a skilled litigation attorney with the demonstrated capability to zealously advocate for clients.
RESPOINSIBILITIES:
- Personal injury trial experience with proven trial successes is a MUST
- Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations
- Review analyze and evaluate all case information and investigative materials
- Accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice deadlines
- Negotiate settle and try plaintiff personal injury cases
- Timely communication with clients and medical providers
- Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with fellow attorneys and support staff
- Occasional travel to CT courts
- Follow the firms operating procedures and case management guidelines
- Actively practice our core values: Be a champion for others be innovative and be accountable
- Admitted to CT Bar in good standing
- Proficient in all phases of litigation
- Excellent analytical skills
- Professional written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people
- Adept at working efficiently and managing priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Balance working independently and collaborating with others
- Proactive resultsfocused work ethic
Experience:
- personal injury litigation: 5 years (Required)
