Job Description

We are always on the hunt for a Master Technician superstar! Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work vehicle repairs and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.
include but are not limited to:
Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work
Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
Required to hold a valid State Inspectors license
Offer training and guidance to other technicians
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
Shop Hours:
Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7am7pm Monday through Saturday.
Compensation is based on experience:
Master Techs starting at $40.00 flat rate
Very aggressive sign on bonus
*Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.
