LOCATION:Glenwood Springs Colorado

SALARY: $114000 to $191568

  • Seeking An experienced Candidate that is passionate about the culture and working for an Independent Facility!
  • Will lead a team of 3 Credentialing Specialists working alongside the Chief of Staff and Chief Medical Officer.

DETAILS:
  • Our Customer an independent notforprofit health system in Colorado is eagerly looking for a Director of Medical Staff Services.
  • We are looking of an experienced Director of Medical Staff Services tooversee the staff services department at a medical facility or chain of medical facilities.
  • Your responsibilities in this career include ensuring the proper credentialing and privileges for physicians and other medical staff in a health care facility.

MINIMUM REQUIRED:
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare or businessrelated field. Preferred: Masters degree.
    Required Licensure/Certification:
  • Dual certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services as a CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Staff Management) and CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist).
  • 5 years experience managing credentials verification office and Medical Staff Services department.
