Associate Athletic Trainer

Job Summary
The Associate Athletic Trainer will provide quality health care primarily to their assigned sport but support other staff members with health care for all 400 studentathletes at Illinois State University. The Assistant/Associate Athletic Trainer will be responsible for all aspects of health care including but not limited to: practice coverage competition coverage treatment rehabilitation postinjury care injury prevention and facilitation of physician referrals. The Associate Athletic Trainer will also assist in supervising Athletic Trainers and serve as a Preceptor in the undergraduate athletic training education program. Additional administrative duties will be assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer.

Required Qualifications
1. Masters degree.
2. State of Illinois Athletic Training license or license eligible.
3. BOC Certification.
