Job Description
This position has the option to be located in Bellevue WA Austin TX Nashville TN.
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for Supply Chain Manager within the North American Sort Center (NASC) Middle Mile Multi Use team with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic tactical crossfunctional and technology projects and programs across our North American transportation network. These roles require scoping and creating project plans developing processes coordinating and driving and communicating to senior management on status risks and process/product changes. Crossteam coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential
Key job responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within Amazons various business units.
Concentrate on optimizing and managing the flow of goods information or services within the supply chain network.
Balance supply and demand assess and improve the efficiency of distribution networks warehouses or logistics operations.
Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in network capacity.
Define metrics develop program management mechanisms and invent/simplify processes to drive decisionmaking in complex network capacity situations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions influencing and facilitating agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.
Manage crossfunctional network capacity initiatives ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to lean philosophy at scale.
Own a portfolio of crossfunctional programs related to network capacity driving performance improvement and efficiency in project delivery.
Identify and deliver operational improvement opportunities in network capacity focusing on inventory management logistics strategy and transportation optimization.
Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure the smooth flow of goods or services through the supply chain network.
Bachelors degree in operations supply chain business engineering finance or related fields.
2 years of program or project management experience with a focus on network capacity.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in network capacity processes.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups pivot tables at minimum) and familiarity of SQL.
Masters degree or MBA in relevant fields.
Specific experience in driving process improvements in network capacity.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with complex systems.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large complex datasets.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
