Duties
We are seeking a Communications Manager to lead efforts in shaping Wilder Researchs Story. Join the Wilder Communications Team as a Communications Manager reporting to the Communications Director to lead communications initiatives for Wilder Research. We need a strategic thinker with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities a track record in successful communications and ideally B2B experience in research or professional services. Youll manage editorial content PR and strategy requiring strong clear writing and excellent organizational skills.
Job Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Communications or Marketing related field and a minimum of five years of communications experience are required. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing editing and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail and proficiency in AP and APA style. Demonstrated excellence in creating clear concise and engaging content for diverse platforms and audiences along with the capacity to synthesize information for easy understanding is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office SharePoint Google Analytics social media technology and WordPress is expected with a willingness to learn new software. Candidates must demonstrate strong social media strategies the ability to manage shifting priorities meet deadlines take initiative maintain discretion with sensitive information exercise sound judgment and possess good teambuilding time management and deadline management skills. Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds and a passion for Wilders mission are also important.
