Description
Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic selfmotivated MANAGER OF WS & Railways Infrastructure S&M who thrives in a fastpaced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based either in Zaragoza (Spain).
Accountabilities
Ensure the and preparation of the Maintenance Plan
Management of preventive corrective and predictive maintenance
Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams 24x7
Management of spare parts tools and materials
Coordination with contractors
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Identification of technical problems and resolution
Implementation of new maintenance processes and activities
Coordination of contractual needs
Control of maintenance records and databases (CMMS)
Collaborate in the planning of team training
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance activities
Collaborate in new maintenance tenders
Ensure compliance with Health Safety and Quality standards
Required Skills/ Knowledge
Previous experience in railway signalling maintenance management or equivalent of at least 5 years
Leadership and team management skills
High decisionmaking and problemsolving capacity
Communication and customer service management skills
Handling of computer tolos
Education/Qualifications
Degree in Engineering Technical Engineering or equivalent. Preferably electrical electronic industrial maintenance or equivalent specialty.
Languages
Spanish (mother language) English
