- Join our wellestablished team at Ganbu Gulinj meaning our mob in Woiwurrung. Located in Wollert (Wurundjeri Country)
- Maintain your worklife balance working Wednesday to Friday.

Your new role
A great opportunity to nurture your career while working to the Kids First Early Years Education Program Kindergarten Model
- Support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate develop and implement the educational program.
- Work in partnership with children families and the community.
- Encourage the development of selfesteem and promotion of selfexpression creativity security independence happiness and the opportunity to achieve.
- Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice.
About you
- Diploma of Childrens services or equivalent (or working towards).
- Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting.
- Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
- Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diversity.
