Availability: 1st and 2nd shifts weekends required
Starting Wage: $10/hr

Responsibilities
You shall greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
We expect you to assist with seating arrangements guiding guests to their tables and providing them with menus promptly and accurately.
You will take food and beverage orders efficiently ensuring clarity and understanding of each guests preferences and dietary requirements.
We anticipate that you communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay special requests or modifications to orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
You shall serve dishes and drinks courteously maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery throughout.
We expect you to handle billing processes accurately by preparing checks processing payments and addressing any billing inquiries professionally.
You will engage with guests postmeal for feedback ensuring any concerns are addressed swiftly and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
We require you to maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area adhering to health and safety regulations consistently.
Requirements
You must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
We require you to possess strong problemsolving abilities to address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
You should demonstrate proficiency in operating pointofsale systems for processing transactions accurately.
We expect you to maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Your ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team will be essential to delivering exceptional service.
Demonstrating knowledge of menu items and specials is necessary to assist guests with informed dining choices.
You are responsible for adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and guest wellbeing.
