As a Shop Assistant you would be working in a shop environment maintaining a clean workplace and removing impediments to production employees.
This is a fastpaced hardworking but very rewarding environment. Maddox is a great American company which values honesty integrity and recognizes the men and women who serve our customers build up the team and value the company and culture weve built.
Your daytoday activities will involve cleaning forklift and overhead crane operation equipment inspections stocking items and completing various oneoff tasks.

Basics:
- Pay: Starting range is $19.56 $25.52 per hour. Plus bonus and other benefits including up to $1k/month wellness stipend. This position has a path to promotion to Level 2 which earns up to $29.77 per hour and can continue growing from there.

- This position currently works 40 hours on a 5day a week schedule. All daytime schedule (not night shift). Schedule changes slightly during Summer/Winter but is generally 6:00 AM 3:00 PM. Some paid overtime is available during peak times.
