About this role:

Provide support to the Variable Compensation team in regard to operations training documentation (internal and external)analysis communications and process improvement initiatives. This role will also provide best in class support for the sales organization.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify define design and implement training materials for the organization
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders for content management and publishing
  • Review business processes identify gaps and make recommendations for improving efficiency and service levels
  • Create project plans and timelines
  • Support maintenance of process documentation project roadmap and productivity improvement tracking
  • Support implementation of operational reporting for activities and processes
  • Facilitate/coordinatemeetings
  • Ongoing management of updates to Variable Compensation communications/trainingcontent on Inside Gartner
  • Maintain communication with key stakeholders across the organization


What you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred required
  • 23 years of business experience; preferred 12 years within Variable Compensation
  • 1 years of writing advanced formatting and editing experience for corporate training educational or instructional resources
  • Experience using communication software such asStaffbase (formerlyBananatagand mass email solutions preferred
  • Experience/exposure to project management software preferred

  • Possess the ability to make independent decisions prepare complex analyses and what if modeling
  • Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data from multiple sources
  • Proficient in Microsoft software
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
  • Confident in presenting to a diverse audience at various levels and different cultures within the organization
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a sometimeshighpressureenvironment
  • Able to adapt in a constantly changing environment
  • A team player with the ability to build strong internal business partnerships supporting the direction in which the company is heading
  • High attention to detail

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56000 USD 77000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
