Job Description

YOU ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain audit and update vendor master file and information
  • Maintain audit and update vendor special pricing (supports) and rebates (CUPS)
  • Consolidate request and collect accrued rebates (CUPS) monthly and investigate differences in amounts requested and received if any
  • Maintain and manage special pricing for assigned customers. Adjusting with market changes.
  • Research and resolve pricing discrepancies when a vendor price confirmation or invoice is different than expected.
  • Provide assistance for entering vendor price increases into appropriate systems
  • Provide assistance as needed of mass price changes or product changes
  • Quote customers or work with product management team on products as requests come from the commercial sales team
  • Manage customer sell prices to adjust to market price changes increases or decreases in price

YOUR PROFILE

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma with some advanced education coursework (required) Associates degree or higher in finance supply chain mathematics general business or related field (preferred)
  • 23 years relatable administrative support experience
  • Detailedoriented mindset with critical thinking skills
  • Strong initiative and organizations skills
  • High sense of urgency decisiveness
  • The ability to gather organize interpret and collate data from multiple sources
  • Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
