Position Function:
The College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University is seeking a Clinical
Instructor of Equine Medicine and Surgery nontenure track faculty position.
Salary Grade:UC

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical responsibilities include providing veterinary care to patients service to clients and training to veterinary students as a member of the Equine Medicine and Surgery Service in the Animal Health Center. The successful candidate is expected to mentor students and house officers and contribute Large Animal Surgery Service in the service at the AHC. This position involves daytime and nighttime clinical service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have a DVM or equivalent from an AVMAaccredited College of Veterinary Medicine. Candidates must be currently in the 3rd year of an ACVS (LA) residency or have completed an ACVS (LA) residency. A strong work ethic is required.
