Job Description
Join a team of providers who make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable children. Your role in providing instructional and behavioral treatment for children with emotional behavioral and developmental disabilities is invaluable. You will receive extensive training and supervision to help you expand your career in education and mental Baird School offers a unique educational environment providing an alternative for children ages 514 (grades K8 whose needs cannot be met in a regular education setting. Students engage in academic social emotional and behavioral programming to develop skills and strategies that will enable them to succeed in the least restrictive educational : Provide 1:1 and/or group support to assigned children following individual treatment goals Teach social and adaptive behavior/emotional skills and living skills to students Establish positive therapeutic relationships with children and provide supportive counseling to children when needed Collaborate with a wide range of educational and other Human Service professionals and clients caregivers.
