Overview
Counselor EAP
UnityPoint Health Allen
Shift: Fulltime or parttime position available
Benefits Eligible
The Counselor provides confidential assessment counseling and referral if necessary to clients who qualify for Employee Assistance Program benefits and is responsible for clinical documentation of these services. The Counselor also participates in crisis oncall coverage rotation. The Counselor assists the substance abuse counselor in providing substance abuse screens/referral on hospitalized patients when needed.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in either Mental Health Counseling Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Any of the following: LMHC tLMHC LISW LMSW LMFT
- A minimum of 1 year counseling experience with supervision preferred
