Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing new business submissions logging tasks with various carriers and ensuring accurate data entry into our management system. This role requires minimal inperson interaction with most communication conducted via email.What will your job entail
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process new business submissions.
- Log tasks and submissions with different carriers using our management system.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates.
- Communicate with team members via email to clarify tasks and resolve any issues.
- Maintain organized records of all submissions and interactions.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with other datarelated tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency with management systems and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of business processes and carrier interactions is a plus

The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 $20.00 per hour.The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands.
